Kroda Lights Up

Hi All,

Today we announced excellent drill results from Kroda where these latest round of drill results confirm yet another discovery in the Company’s extensive Northern Territory portfolio. This is a new second discovery camp at Kroda is an excellent complement to the  Company’s flagship Twin Bonanza Gold Camp Project. The current round of results from Kroda come from ABM’s projected 40,000 metre plus drill program for 2011 and they include the excellent 29 metres averaging 6.38g/t (including 12 metres averaging 15.69g/t gold) within a wider zone of 57 metres averaging 3.83g/t gold.

Kroda is located at Barrow Creek with excellent nearby infrastructure including the Northern Territory Gas Pipeline, the Ghan railway and the Stuart Highway all within close proximity. Add to this that we have only really scratched the surface here with 14 kilometres of overall anomalism.

Despite the somewhat torrid market conditions ABM remains focused on the task at hand. The ABM teams are working extremely hard with currently two rigs operating at Buccaneer (including the Cypress / Caribbean Zone infill) and bulk trenching at Old Pirate. There are well over 15,000 drill metres pending assay and plenty more to come. We continue to be in a very strong cash position and are maximising the dollars in the ground to ensure excellent value for our shareholders.

As always, should you have any further questions or just want to touch base for chat, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Regards,
Darren
